Beyond employment, we actively give back by focusing on the areas of our communities that need support the most—whether through financial contributions, volunteer efforts, or partnerships with local organizations. Together, we aim to build stronger communities, create local jobs and enhance prosperity for this region.
Our project is expected to create significant employment opportunities, with approximately 300 jobs during the construction phase and around 100 long-term positions once operations are underway. Our aim is to train and empower a local workforce to support our Projects, and the communities in which we operate, over the long term.
We are collaborating with more than four local universities and community colleges to establish workforce training initiatives and STEM programs, fostering education and career development opportunities within the community. We will work the local community to allocate funding toward critical areas such as infrastructure, emergency response and other community priorities, ensuring our efforts contribute to long-term growth and well-being.
